I've used one of these coconut scrubbers for my dishes for ages. They work well, however they have one big downside. Set them on the side of the sink and they leave you a pool of water, and it's not always practical to leave in the sink.

My answer is this design which holds the scrubber raised off the surface, allows water to drain into the pot. The scrubber dries quickly so I think will be more hygienic, like my soap dishes. When you need to use again, simply drain liquid from the spout.
